Therapy for Men and Couples Who Feel Stuck, Disconnected, or Alone
Experiential, attachment-focused therapy for men and couples struggling with shame, disconnection, compulsive sexual behaviors, intimacy, and relationship pain — helping you move toward honesty, emotional depth, and real connection.
You do not have to keep carrying this by yourself. Therapy can be a place to stop performing, get honest about what is really going on, and finally understand why you keep ending up here.
Marriage & Family Therapist Intern
I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering individual and couples therapy throughout Nevada, both in person and online. My approach is human first, collaborative, and experiential. I believe healing starts in relationships built on trust, safety, and deep respect for your full humanity.
I will not rescue you, for you are not powerless. I will not fix you, for you are not broken. I will not heal you, for I see you in your wholeness. I will walk with you through the darkness as you remember your light.
Scroll gently
Take a breath…
Pause. Let everything else fall away. You showed up — that's what matters.
No Judgement.
Whatever you're feeling is valid. There are no wrong emotions here.
You can just start where you are.
You don't need to be fixed. You just need to begin — exactly as you are.
Welcome home.
This is your space. You belong here. You always have.
Therapy is not about blaming you for those patterns. It is about understanding them, making sense of them, and creating something different.
On the outside, you might look like you have it together. But internally, it feels like a different story.
You may be successful, capable, and the person everyone else relies on. But underneath that, you feel disconnected, emotionally shut down, stuck in the same fights, or carrying shame around sex, intimacy, or compulsive behaviors.
And if you are being honest, you are probably exhausted.
These patterns are not random. They are ways you learned to cope, protect yourself, and survive. But what once helped you get through may now be the very thing keeping you stuck.
I work with men, couples, and non-traditional relationships.
Men’s Therapy
You may have learned to stay busy, stay strong, avoid your emotions, or keep people at a distance. Maybe you feel angry, numb, disconnected, ashamed, or like you are failing in ways no one else can see.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps you understand the pattern underneath the conflict so you can communicate differently, reconnect, and stop feeling like you are on opposite sides.
LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent & Non-Traditional Relationships
I work with LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and people in polyamorous or non-monogamous relationships in a way that is affirming, nuanced, and grounded.
Sessions are individualized and shaped by your goals, relationships, and the patterns keeping you stuck.
This is not sit-back-and-nod therapy.
This is active, experiential therapy where we slow things down and look honestly at what is happening beneath the surface.
Understand the pattern
Instead of staying trapped in the same cycle, we look at what is happening underneath it so you can understand why you keep ending up here.
Notice in Real Time
We pay attention to what happens when you feel hurt, disconnected, ashamed, angry, or overwhelmed so you can begin to recognize the pattern while it is happening.
Stay With What You Feel
Rather than avoiding, shutting down, or pushing through, we build your ability to stay present with emotions without being swallowed by them.
Create Something Different
Over time, you begin to show up differently in your relationships with more honesty, more connection, and less of the old survival patterns running the show.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It’s about understanding you.
01
We get clear on what is actually going on.
Most people come in talking about the surface of the problem. Together, we slow down and look underneath it so we can understand what is really happening in your relationships, emotions, and patterns.
02
We notice what happens in real time.
Instead of only talking about your life, we pay attention to what is happening in the room. The moments you shut down, pull away, get angry, or feel vulnerable. That is often where the real work begins.
03
We work through emotions instead of avoiding them.
You do not need to keep pushing things down, numbing out, or pretending you are fine. Therapy becomes a place where you can stay with what is real and learn how to move through it differently.
04
Things begin to shift.
Over time, you feel less reactive, more connected, and more honest with yourself and the people you care about. Patterns that once felt automatic begin to loosen.
This is not quick, surface-level work. It is the kind of work that creates real change over time.
You do not have to earn your way into this space.
A lot of the people I work with come in feeling ashamed, guarded, skeptical, or convinced that they are somehow "too much" or "not enough."
Maybe you have spent years hiding parts of yourself. Maybe you have been misunderstood, judged, or made to feel like your struggles are something to be fixed or hidden.
You do not need to clean yourself up before you get here.
This is a space where you can bring the parts of yourself you usually keep hidden and find that they make sense.

Nope! While many of my clients identify as men, I work with all humans regardless of gender, sexuality, body size, race, culture, neurodiversity, spirituality, ability, or relationship structure.

I do not work with insurance or accept insurance, for a few reasons. My main reasons pertains to the protection of my clients’ privacy, as well as my disagreement with “forced diagnosing,” and specific treatment protocols that insurance companies push for. I don’t believe in insurance having a single say in the work I do with my clients, where that work is done, for how long that work is done, or what my clients deserve in treatment!
I can, however provide a Superbill for you to submit to insurance for potential reimbursement. Let’s talk about it!

I do offer extended 90-minute sessions for $175. This offering is for clients who benefit from additional space to slow down, explore patterns more deeply, or work through complex relational dynamics. I see this as a great option for couples.
