  • Support from other men who understand

  • Practical tools for navigating urges, shame, honesty, and relationships

Why Group Matters

Individual therapy is powerful, but group offers something different.

  • Peer validation and normalization — seeing that you are not the only one struggling

  • Connection and accountability with other men who understand

  • Safe feedback and honest conversations led by a therapist

  • Shared learning from different perspectives and experiences

  • Less isolation, shame, and secrecy

Group can become a place where you stop carrying everything alone.

You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.

I’m here to offer a space that is honest, grounded, and collaborative, so you can better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that are no longer working.
