Therapy For People Who Have Spent Too Long Feeling Misunderstood.

I work with LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, poly/non-monogamous, open, kink-allied, and sex-positive humans who want a space where they do not have to explain, shrink, or edit themselves.

You Deserve A Space That Fits

Many people have had the experience of feeling unseen, misunderstood, judged, or like they have to educate their therapist before they can actually begin.

You do not have to do that here.

My goal is to create a space that feels safe, affirming, honest, and grounded — a place where all of you is welcome..

Areas We May Explore

  • Identity and self-understanding

  • Relationships and attachment

  • Neurodivergence

  • Queerness and sexuality

  • Polyamory, open relationships, and non-monogamy

  • Kink and alternative relationship structures

  • Shame, belonging, and being “too much” or “not enough”

  • Family, religion, or systems that taught you to disconnect from yourself

There is nothing wrong with being different.

The goal is not to make you fit into someone else’s idea of who you should be. The goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and your life.

You deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I’m here to offer a space that is honest, grounded, and collaborative, so you can better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that are no longer working.
